Andrew Stolfi has been appointed as the administrator of the Oregon Division of Financial Regulation. Stolfi spent six years in Switzerland at the International Association of Insurance Supervisors, most recently serving as chief operating officer and chief counsel. Before joining the IAIS he served in senior management roles at the Illinois Department of Insurance, including acting director, chief of staff, and special counsel for policy and legislative affairs. He replaces Laura Cali, who is now the chief financial officer at the Oregon Health Authority.
